Q-nomy was named in the "Patient Self-Service Kiosks" category.

    Gartner's Hype Cycle for Real-Time Health System Technologies is a report that tracks important concepts, standards and technologies that enable a situationally aware and patient-centric operational and management paradigm, which Gartner refers to as the real-time health system (RTHS). This report supersedes Gartner’s well-regarded Hype Cycle for Healthcare Provider Technologies and Standards report of previous years.

     

    Patient self-service kiosks, as described in Gartner’s report, address healthcare delivery organizations (HDOs) operational requirements, such as patient registration, check-in, wayfinding and account payments.
