Description

Do you want to strengthen how your teams capture information, share, and learn? Digital health programs are intrinsically knowledge-intensive, with successful digital health collaborations requiring strong work documentation, collaboration across sectors, and short-iterative learning cycles. Knowledge management (KM) offers digital health implementers a systematic approach to help you learn from others and help others outside the project learn from you—resulting in increased efficiencies, collaboration, and country ownership. This action-packed session will engage participants in rapid learning activities to help you: 1) identify KM priorities in the context of digital health; 2) use existing digital health knowledge tools such as those available through the Knowledge for Health program; and 3) implement select KM strategies. The last five minutes will focus on quick wins.
